Poweroff is a small program for Win95/98/NT/W2K/XP to schedule a shutdown/reboot/logoff/poweroff/Standby/Hibernate/Lock/Wake-On-LAN at a certain time. I also support command line options that allows poweroff to be used in batch scripts. It has a built-in scheduler, it allows you to run a program before doing the action, you can give a warning message to the user, wait for a process to finish before doing the action and full remote control is supported. Jex is a programmer's editor for X-Window. It is written in Motif and runs under Linux, HP and IBM, maybe others as well. (use a good program to download, for example: Go!Zilla or GetRight, Netscape messes the file up)
You can also download a rpm or a source rpm (thanks to Joris Struyve)

Version 2 of jex. With a lot of new features, one of them is syntaxhighlighting.

DCOPY is a fast disk copy program for DOS (does not run under Windows NT). It can copy, format, verify and compare floppy disks. It reads almost all disk formats (except XDM). It also supports non-DOS disks. You can also create disk images and automatically zip them.

DCOPYNT is the Windows NT version of DCOPY with GUI. It does not (yet) run under Windows 95.

CDRip is a Win95/NT program to copy audio CD tracks to WAV files. It only works for SCSI drives (experimental support for ATAPI). It automatically verifies the tracks and tries again in case of error on a lower speed (supported for Plextor and HP4020/6020)

Table manager is an Oracle Forms module (Win32) to manage your Oracle tables. Now you can do everything you always wanted to do, but were afraid to do or was impossible to do! You can create/drop/modify a column, constraint, index, foreign constraint or trigger. e.g. you can drop a column or rename a column or you can change the initial extent of a table.

Check out the new table manager 2.0.0, the ultimate database package. This version is still in early development stage, but worth taking a look). A linux front-end is available at Jorre's site.

RasDial is small utility for Win95/98/NT to dial your ISP at a certain time.

OraTop id a 'top' like tool for Oracle sessions. You can see the active sessions and their SQL statements and you can order them by some performance indicators, such as buffer_gets or disk_reads. It's an Oracle Forms 6.0 program.

With this small tool, you can measure the speed of your hard disks.
Run it under plain DOS, not under win95/98 DOS window!!
